SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We will try our best to have your orders shipped out in a timely matter. Our warehouse is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:PM EST. All orders are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after we receive payment. The courier we use is UPS.Please let us know if you have an account with a different courier and want to use them. For International orders please see below.

For our International Customers, we strongly suggest that you contact your Freight Forwarder to handle your shipment. Please be advised that we are not affiliated with shipping companies.
If you have any customer service issue or tracking issue with regards to your shipment, you must contact your selected courier for more information.
When speaking with the shipping agent be sure to inquire about the type of services that come with their fees. They will also be able to provide information regarding duties/taxes as well as packing requirements.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the complete case(s) for a store credit. You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and request a replacement item (same value). Please note that fulfilling exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed. Please note that all requests for credit not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee; also, return may only be accepted for Tropic Shoe Inc. store credit. Also note that all return or exchange request must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of goods. We reserve the right to refuse any return request not made within 5 business days after receipt of goods. It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt! *** Closeout items and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on these items.***
When my return will be processed? Do I get credit or refund? Most returns are processed within 5 business days once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and properly check for damaged. Since we only offer wholesale service, all returns will receive store credits only, no direct refund. Store credit for the returned item(s) will be posted to your account so you can use it for your next purchase. Please check with us to see if your credit has been issued.
Am I responsible for return shipping fees? Tropic Shoe Inc. will have defective or mishandled items (wrong style shipped) returned by courier. For other types of returns, customer will need to pay for return shipping freight.
